As a key member of the organizing committee and part of the host as well, I played an integral role in the planning, coordination, and execution of AICSSYC 2024, a national event that brought together technology enthusiasts, students, and professionals from across India. My responsibilities included:

Community Outreach: Spearheading efforts to collaborate with IEEE student branches, developer groups, and sponsors to expand the event's reach and impact.
Partnership Development: Engaging with prominent industry leaders, academic institutions, and IEEE experts to foster meaningful collaborations.
Event Logistics: Coordinating event schedules, managing volunteers, and ensuring seamless execution of key sessions including workshops, panel discussions, and cultural events.
Speaker and Guest Relations: Facilitating interactions and ensuring smooth engagements with keynote speakers and prominent guests like Dr. Hironoary Washizaki.
