I worked with 12 clients across retail, cafes, and education, typically operating at ~2M KZT monthly revenue with ~1.3M KZT in costs; my largest client, a kindergarten, operated at ~12M KZT revenue and ~9M KZT in expenses. I sourced clients through cold outreach and personal networks, structuring engagements as performance-based contracts (USD 50–100 per project), generating $800 in total revenue. Over one-month engagements, I conducted cost analysis, identified revenue leakages, and implemented pricing and operational adjustments. Across clients, these interventions increased revenue by an average of 15% and reduced costs by 17%.
