As a designer at Upstox, ▶️ Built a Gold investment MVP offering seamless investment in popular gold assets namingly Sovereign gold bonds, Gold ETFs & Gold mutual funds, targeting ~x number of MAUs ▶️ Actively took part in conducting internal user interviews & testings of the Gold product to gather insightful feedback & data to further iterate & improve the experience ▶️ Delivered an improved Corporate actions awareness experience for Upstox pro aiming to a reduction in TCDs by ~60% ▶️ Collaborated & contributed in designing an improved general stock buying & investment order form experience for Upstox Upinvest leading to a reduction in user drop-offs ▶️ Managed communication with multiple stakeholders including PMs, product designers, researchers, UX writers front-end and back-end developers.

As one of the 4 core team members at Openleaf, I am responsible for the entire product and design functions across the company. ▶️ Owned & delivered several core user flows & features - Creating shipment, Tracking order, Orders’ info data table, Analytics dashboard, Rate Calculator ▶️ Navigated the complexities of 0 -> 1 - constant scope changes and design iterations based on feedbacks from our users. ▶️ Worked with cross functional team members from Product, Program, Engg and Marketing teams to launch a new product from scratch in ~24 weeks ▶️ Scaled the software to over 30+ sellers(core users) and flowing around 7,500 - 10,000 orders per month (Aug 2023), within ~10 weeks
