I built a free email-domain check for insurance agencies and the IT providers who support them. It reads public SPF and DMARC DNS records and creates a downloadable report with observations, unknowns and questions for the existing provider. It is a one-time public DNS snapshot. It does not audit a mailbox, test DKIM signatures or message alignment, monitor changes, or assign a security score. A published record is not proof that an account is protected. No account or client-record upload is needed; the entered domain goes to the lookup service and its DNS resolver.Prepared with AI assistance. Published by Cirlet, which also offers paid AI and cybersecurity help to agencies. This free utility is separate from that service; no customer results, security guarantee or vendor endorsement are claimed.

I built a small browser calculator inside an existing insurance-agency cost guide. Four blank inputs cover total staff minutes, hourly staff cost, additional per-batch tool cost and the number of checked results. It shows staff cost, batch cost and cost per checked result, with the arithmetic and rounding explained.Blank is not zero. Explicit zeros are allowed, checked-result counts must be positive whole numbers, and editing an input clears a stale result. The calculation stays in the browser, with no calculator input submission or storage. Existing site analytics still runs. Without JavaScript, calculator controls stay disabled and the original worksheet and worked example remain available. The fictional arithmetic example uses 90 minutes at 30 per hour, 1 in tool cost and 10 checked results: batch cost 46.00 and cost per checked result 4.60, in the reader's chosen currency. Include preparation, review, corrections and filing in staff time. Setup and monthly upkeep are excluded and need separate treatment.Prepared with AI assistance alongside my Cirlet AI and automation service. This is a free educational tool, not a customer result, measured savings, a quote or a quality check.

Batch cost per checked result

I built this app based on the character Pip because I kept seeing something in everyday life.People would just check their bank account and use that as permission to spend money. They open the app. They see a number. If the number is big, they spend money. They don't account for bills coming up, for savings, or anything. So I'm hijacking that habit and giving them a new number that already includes automatic budgeting, bills, and savings:Spendable Cash Today. That's the main idea that Pip operates on.Pip also does basic AI functionality such as:

What bills do I have coming up?

Why is my spendable cash going down?

Can I afford this?

You can even build savings plans with it. It will discuss with you how much you want to save, when you want to hit the savings goal, and if it's a real plausible goal or not.The logic is open source for trust. The goal is simple. It's for people that don't want to deal with budgets or spreadsheets and need some help with their personal finances.
