At Scrut, I worked as a Product Designer owning the UX/UI for the Trust Vault module — a key product used by prospects, customers, partners, and auditors to assess security posture.

Key Work
• Designed the entire Trust Vault experience, including mobile and web versions.
• Created clean, easy-to-navigate user flows for prospects and auditors accessing sensitive documents.
• Designed multiple Trust Vault features such as access management, document structure, request workflows, and UI refinements.
• Improved clarity and usability across different user roles accessing Trust Vault through shared links.

Impact
• Simplified a complex compliance workflow into an intuitive experience.
• Improved external user trust by making security evidence easy to explore and validate.
• Reduced dependency on internal teams by enabling self-serve document access.

Worked as the primary product designer for a hospitality ecosystem serving homeowners, caretakers, and internal operations.

Key Work
• Designed the Home Owner App end-to-end, enabling villa owners to track bookings, earnings, payouts, reviews, and performance insights.
• Led the design of the Caretaker App, streamlining daily tasks, checklists, approvals, issue reporting, and operational workflows for on-ground staff.
• Designed internal tools for revenue tracking, booking operations, communication, and reporting.
• Introduced new product features such as Projected Revenue, AI Review Summaries, Monthly Targets, and improved financial dashboards.

• The Home Owner App achieved 75%+ active adoption, improving transparency and reducing support queries.
