I founded and run UX Academy, a live online UX design school for career changers and in-house teams. I set the curriculum direction with our instructors, run sales and partnerships, and lead marketing and the product side of the site. Our courses run as small evening cohorts of up to 10, built around a real client project, with AI in every stage of the design process. We also train product, engineering and design teams in-house, for clients including the BBC, Aviva and Collinson Group. Alongside the courses, I've built a set of free UX research tools (card sorting, tree testing, first-click tests, persona and journey maps) used by students and small product teams.
