Busy and SteemConnect is a decentralized social network based on Steem blockchain and I am responsible for reshaping the complete flow and architecture of the platform. Which includes

- Working closely with CEO to plan and stretegiz the product goals for every week
- Working with developers to delivery the best experience

Zencargo combines the latest technology with the best logistics experts delivering a smoother way to manage your global supply chain. I joined Zencargo on early stage when it was team of 3 people today the company has grown to 25+ people. While working at Zencargo I was responsible 

- Conduct competitive research with understanding the existing user problems and possible solutions by looking at the existing solutions provided by competitors. 
- Spend time with some of the existing users (Currently at Zencargo all the salespeople taking the orders on excel sheet)
- Create the low fidelity prototype to validate with the users and get the feedback
- Work on the final designs and work with eng for the execution of the final designs.

Book Shipment
Book shipment was one of the first project I started with Zencargo. Before starting I spend a good amount of time with the CEO to understand the end goal of the feature and also did some competitor's research to how they are solving this problem

I have joined Directi for redesigning one of the product called Flock. My job was to

- Make personas
- Create user research and understand the current pinpoints users are facing
- Working with Product Owners and Project Managers for strategic planning of next set of feature
