• Led the migration of the email engine for the Horizon product from Python to Node.js, empowering Frontend Engineers to actively contribute to diverse email templates, including Login OTP, User Invite,and Scan Completion emails, streamlining the template creation process by 30%. Also, served as the repository maintainer, primary reviewer and release manager for this pivotal project.

• Collaborated with the Frontend, Design and Product team for the SDLC-driven transformation of the Digital Footprint Monitoring Dashboard. This revamp yielded a 50% improvement in load times and data analysis speed, improving the user experience (UX) and operational efficiency.

• Migrated from AgGrid table implementation to TanStack tables, delivering substantial cost savings ofover $12k annually by eliminating licensing fees.
