The most unfortunate thing is that we don't learn from our mistakes on road. Most of the road users are quite well aware of the general rules and safety measures while using roads but it is only the laxity on part of road users, which cause accidents and crashes. Main cause of accidents and crashes are due to human errors. We are elaborating some of the common behaviour of humans which results in accident. 1. Over Speeding 2. Drunken Driving 3. Distractions to Driver 4. Red Light Jumping 5. Avoiding Safety Gears like Seat belts and Helmets

1. Identify effective methods for outreach to unrepresented and underrepresented populations. 2. Describe and respond to cultural differences which influence how people with disabilities participate in and benefit from independent living services. 3. Create ways to network with agencies, governmental units, consumers, funders, and other interested parties. 4. Structure and manage programs more effectively to respond to service, funding, distance, and attitudinal barriers. 5. Develop a long-range plan to meet current and future needs.

Rural development is important not only for the majority of the population residing in rural areas, but also for the overall economic expansion of the nation. Rural development is considered to be of noticeable importance in the country today than in the olden days in the process of the evolution of the nation. It is a strategy that tries to obtain an improved and productivity, higher socio- economic equality and ambition, and stability in social and economic development. The primary task is to decrease the famine that exists in roughly about 70 percent of the rural population, and to make sufficient and healthy food available.

An outreach program aims to help, uplift, and support those who are deprived of certain services and rights. It involves giving learning, social planning, health support, and other projects for their welfare. As usual, a program must be organized to use resources and aid to fulfill a goal. Successful community outreach programs must have project leaders at their core. They take charge of promoting, searching for donors and volunteers, and recording details about the outreach. Planning programs for the community can help solve a greater need for a long-term plan toward social progress. Further, other program members must join hands to plan and source out more assets and means to create more long-term solutions and voluntary efforts.

Ground water is the most dependent source of water for the day to day requirements for various needs in absence of alternate source of water supply. This is true particularly in the urban pockets where some of the establishments depend mostly or wholly on ground water source for their needs. The water supply arrangement from ground water source is self- dependent and does not involve another agency for its supply and maintenance. Hence, it has become a preferred source of water supply in the absence of easy availability of other water supply system.
