The internship with Flashtech dealing with e-commerce based projects, which gave me an insight to the operations and features that works behind the management of robust systems from sales and internal operations.

What Projects I got to work on:

• Their native Inventory and sales management tool

• Wigme's B2B portal

• Inaam applications

these are solely managed by Western International Group .

Learnings from designing for B2B :

• Creating user stories and user flows for multiple scenarios.

• Rapid iterations and collaboration with key stakeholders to understand the scope and breadth of the project.

I learned that B2B success depends on covering multiple use case scenarios and converging the solution feasible to all users.
