• Shipped new pages and maintained the production 11ty/Nunjucks JAMstack company site.
• Led the migration off JAMstack to WordPress, unblocking non-technical teams to publish content independently — containerized the deployment and switched Caddy → OpenLiteSpeed, landing an A+ GTmetrix score.

Fullstack Developer Intern

• Burden Reports — owned the React/Apollo frontend with D3.js visualizations for gene-level burden test results; co-designed the GraphQL schema (Hasura + PostgreSQL) over a 300+ GB, multi-million-record dataset.
• Entity Search — built a FastAPI/DuckDB service for gene and phenotype search over OpenTargets data, and published the UI component to a private npm registry for reuse across the GWAS tool suite.

Jr Fullstack Developer 1

• Owned the Next.js frontend for Igniva's initial release (a single-deployable Google ADK/Python agent), building a typed SDK client (OpenAPITool) and an MDX-based content registry for LLM output rendering.• Built the IgnivaLab Agent for lab-protocol generation in partnership with domain experts, wiring the internal CRISPR service and Google Search in as callable agent tools.
• Genome Browser — built a full-stack app (SvelteKit + Node.js) with a DuckDB layer over large Parquet datasets (SNP, genotype, imputed, transcript, gene-location), exposed via REST APIs and visualized with D3.js.

Jr Fullstack Developer 2

• Evolved the Next.js/TypeScript frontend for Igniva v2, a multi-agent workflow platform (Google ADK/Python) orchestrating scientific tool calls (GROMACS, Boltz, AlphaFold), and built a custom Markdown renderer — a fenced-code-block package (core/chem/bio/data submodules) — now adopted across multiple Aganitha projects.
• Built Share Chat and Continue Chat for Igniva: share a conversation as a read-only snapshot, then let recipients continue it as their own independent copy — via a FastAPI endpoint that deep-clones the full session state (messages, agent events, artifacts) without touching the original.
• Built a clinical case knowledge portal (Astro/Svelte) over a schema-validated JSON data pipeline, architecting the presentation layer to be disease-agnostic ahead of the org's move to productize it across cancer types.
• Designed a provider-agnostic LLM chat layer (Node.js/Express, LangChain.js/LangGraph) for the portal — a tool-calling agent that answers case questions over determini
