Ze’Review is a material review engine that checks construction materials against sustainability requirements in rating systems such as LEED and Mostadam. It generates decision letters, maintains credit- and project-wise trackers, and builds a comprehensive organizational database of materials that can be reused across future projects. Ze'Review uses AI only where reading is needed, finding and quoting values in messy documents. The approval will be done by your own sustainability team, not by the AI. The final approval is always made by an accredited professional.Built for both sides of the submittalZe'Review sits between the people who submit materials and the people who approve them giving both a faster, clearer path to compliance.
For Contractors
Know exactly what's missing before you send a submittal, instead of finding out weeks later. Fewer pending submittals, clearer requirements and faster approvals because gaps are flagged before they ever reach your consultant.
For Consultants
Spend less time hunting for numbers in scanned PDFs and more time on judgement. Automatic checks catch errors early, every decision is backed by evidence, and your material data builds into a reusable organisational database over time. What a result actually looks likeFor every credit that applies to a product, Ze'Review gives one of four clear results.Complied: The evidence meets the rule (for example, a VOC value within the limit, from a report still valid). Not complied: The evidence clearly breaks the rule (for example, an EPD that had already expired).Missing: A required document or value isn't in the submittal, so it's flagged rather than assumed.Needs review: The evidence is unclear or conflicting, flagged for a person rather than guessed.More than a compliance checkZe'Review is built around the whole submittal cycle, not just the moment of approval.
Credit & project trackers
Maintains credit-wise and project-wise trackers automatically, so status is always visible without a separate spreadsheet.
A reusable material database
Every reviewed material builds into your organisation's own database, so the next project starts from what you already know, not from zero.
Decision letter
Quickly understand material requirements and approval status at a glance.
