Led development teams for multiple customer projects and helped to architect and build cost effective and scalable serverless applications on AWS, GCP and Azure. Introduced processes and tools to improve developer productivity and maintain code quality. Architected and managed the development team from ideation stage to public beta launch for 2 internal products. Explored and partnered with multiple serverless platforms like Hasura, Supabase, Memento to bring in new technologies into the mix of the tech stack. Contributed to hiring to add more technical talent to the organization and ran multiple upskilling programs to mentor the current pool of developers.
