After the successful sale of Yva.ai to Visier, my primary responsibility was to oversee the transfer of assets, integrate the Yva.ai product with the Visier platform, and relocate my development team to Canada.

Under my leadership, we completed tasks such as:
- analyzing the functionality of both Yva.ai and Visier;
- organizing effective teamwork across different time zones (Canada, Europe, Asia);
- adapting Yva.ai's development and QA processes to comply with Visier's standards;
- migrating the Yva.ai infrastructure to AWS;
- integrating data workflow and single sign-on;
- achieving SOC2 compliance;
- implementing a survey customization feature;
- releasing a proof of concept for a new data processing model;
