Currently, managing product and business operations for Smart Retail vertical at Paytm. Working towards building the business and deploying Paytm POS solution across millions of merchants in India. As part of Smart Retail, I manage business growth, product development for billing solutions, building wholesale supply and roll out initiatives across offline and online channels.

Previously, Launched UPI as a payment product for the paytm ecosytem. Managed a team of 40 people across Tech, QA, Tech Support, App Frontend, Operations, Dev Ops to successfully launch UPI within a record time of 5 months. Built and trained internal teams for managing the same

• 1st analyst in a team of 100, to obtain a INR 3.2 M deal with a media house by pitching EY’s proposition of risk management
