At Solid Tree, I drove the creation of intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications by actively collaborating with cross-functional teams. My role included gathering requirements and conducting user research to ensure informed and effective design decisions.

• Partnered with 𝟳+ 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, shaping web designs that achieved a 6% increase in conversion rates for existing products.

• Spearheaded the 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 of a property management app, conducting initial 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, iterative development, and quantitative evaluations. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 to create a user-centric interface, resulting in an 𝟴𝟬% 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in ease of use. Initiated user research and usability testing concurrently, identifying and addressing pain points, 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and enhancing the overall experience.

UX/UI Designer

Continued to drive impact at Niyah by leading the redesign of the mobile application, collaborating closely with designers and developers. 𝗡𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗵'𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗱 in December 2020 reinforced its success.

• Collaborated with designers, product manager, and developers on refining the mobile application design, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 into 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 and visually appealing designs using Sketch.

• Played a key role in optimizing user onboarding, simplifying registration and login flows, resulting in a notable 𝟭𝟬% 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 in user sign-ups.

• Developed a comprehensive Hi-Fidelity design solution for the banking app and its landing page, creating concepts, sketches, workflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visuals aligned with user scenarios, UX goals, and business priorities. This multifaceted approach contributed to the app's success and played a key role in Niyah's acquisition by Wahed.

• Played a role in the redesign of the mobile application's UI, ensuring a harmonious integration with user-centered design principles.
