This project implements a chatbot interface that enables users to interact with a tabular database via natural language queries. The chatbot processes these queries, formulates appropriate SQL statements, and retrieves information from the database, presenting it in a user-friendly manner.

It's a tailor-made judging dashboard exclusively crafted for Empresario, IIT Kharagpur's annual business model competition. Ensuring user-friendly navigation, scalability, and real-time updates, it incorporates mobile responsiveness, customizable scoring, multimedia integration, and detailed startup profiles. Prioritizing security, a feedback mechanism, and post-event analytics have been seamlessly integrated for a refined and efficient judging process. Project Description: 1. Developed using Django, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, the portal is a robust platform for Empresario, allowing seamless integration and efficient data management. 2. Admins have the capability to populate entries, assign panels, and manage crucial information, streamlining the organizational aspects of the business model competition. 3. Judges within designated panels leverage the platform to assess startups, considering various parameters, each with its own assigned weightage, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation process. 4. The judging process concludes with normalization among panels, guaranteeing accuracy and fairness, and contributing to the credibility of the overall assessment.

Judging Portal | Empresario

Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur, is the largest student-run non-profit organisation, which works with the aim of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. With 200+ successful startups incubated from IIT Kharagpur in less than 15 years since our inception, we aim to provide students with all the support they require for starting up, training, mentorship, incubation, patenting, and funding. The ultimate mission is to inspire an increasing number of students to startup on their own and to promote such ventures, widely through events, workshops, and competitions. Project Description: 1. Unified User Experience: The Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur registration portal demonstrates a seamless and unified user experience by integrating three distinct initiatives – Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive (EAD), Local Startups Meet (LSM), and Empresario. The implementation allows users to register for any of these initiatives with a single set of credentials, fostering a cohesive and user-friendly environment. 2. Scalable and Extensible Architecture: Built on the Django framework, the registration portal boasts a robust and scalable architecture. The portal efficiently manages a single user base while extending user profiles based on the specific initiative they register for. This scalable design ensures the portal can easily accommodate future initiatives or enhancements without compromising performance. 3. Responsive and Accessible Frontend: The frontend of the registration portal, developed using plain HTML, CSS, and JS, reflects a commitment to user accessibility and responsiveness. The portal is designed to provide an optimal viewing and interaction experience across various devices and screen sizes. This responsiveness enhances user engagement by allowing participants to access the portal on desktops, tablets, or smartphones.

Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) is IIT Kharagpur's annual, international corporate summit conducted by Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur. It is India's largest student-run entrepreneurial summit, GES has always been a unique platform for academicians, new-age entrepreneurs, eminent business personalities, venture capitalists, and students to gather in one place and share their entrepreneurial endeavors and experiences, as well as pledge to take entrepreneurship to greater heights, since its inception in 2007. The portal caters to multiple user types, including students, campus ambassadors, professionals, and startups. Each user type is assigned a personalized dashboard with specific functionalities tailored to their needs. 2. Vue.js powers the frontend, providing an intuitive and responsive user interface, while Django serves as the robust backend framework. The interaction between the frontend and backend is facilitated through a RESTful API, ensuring seamless communication. 3. To secure user interactions, the project employs JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication, adding an extra layer of security and authentication. This enables secure access and ensures the integrity of user data throughout the registration process. 4. For data management, the project utilizes the MySQL database, a reliable and scalable solution. This choice ensures efficient storage and retrieval of information, contributing to the overall performance and reliability of the registration portal. 5.
