- Responsible for all the events held during 2020-2021 online. Coordinated with the artist and different verticals of the team for successfully organize the cultural concerts

- As a design volunteer designed the newsletter for the year 2019.
- Has been part of the 'Virasat 2019' organizing team, 7 days, and 'Virat 2020', 9 days series of cultural events on the campus organized by the SPIC MACAY.

- Learned the data-driven approach toward design from the ongoing project and implemented it on later projects.
- Suggested and implemented gamification and improved feedback loop in the U_Code project.
- Conducted and prepared different data-driven workshop materials for ongoing projects.

Created 50+ creative posters using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and illustrator for different events. 
Mentored juniors to upskill their design skills.

Graphic Designer

- Changed the conventional promotion method in the fest by introducing motion graphics.
- Worked with the marketing team to make animated & static posters for better reach.
- Worked on the 3D animation videos for the marketing campaign.
- Collaborated with different Verticals and also mentored juniors.

As a Product Designer, I focused on customer experience. I came up with the different initiatives in order to build customer trust in the platform and also revamped the whole ticket rasing experience in the platform for the better customer experince.

Was responsible for the Design system
First set the foundation of our new DS, including Color palate, Type system, Grid-space and Shadows.
Later jumped on creating components, making them responsive and different color and size variants for different screens.

Created a total of 52 components and documented them for fellow designers and for future upgradation.

- Interviewed 10+ users and analyzed the competitor's product &amp; strategy to include in the redesign.
- Responsible for the features building and complete UI &amp;UX, based on value proposition and business canvas model.
- Resulting in 4.8 ratings in the google play store and a 250 % growth in active users.

- Conducted user interviews and analyzed Microsoft clarity data to gather feedback on the existing dashboard.
- Led a team of 4 developers to revamp the dashboard, increasing the avg time spent per user by 225%.
- Designed a pause and resume subscription feature to solve the pain point of working professionals and college students. 
- Responsible for the mobile dashboard and designed specific features like download and streak.

- Worked on 5+ design and redesign projects focusing on UI, UX, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Worked with a team of designers and developers to deliver products.

UI/UX Designer

- Conducted different surveys and 20+ interviews to understand the problem for which we were building the survey. 
- Worked with PM and Founders directly and built the first MVP.
