A particular project is about reimaging the podcast experience at Spotify. I learned about the business need of Spotify to push more podcasts on their platform. After my research and iteration, I came up with the unique approach of active mode, where I solve for active users of the podcast. I also come up with different feature for the passive podcast listeners.

Reimagining Spotify's Podcasts Experience

In this case study, I tackled the challenge of redesigning a ticket-raising system for a fintech platform facilitating the booking of Fixed Deposits (FDs) across multiple banks. I came up with fixing customer experience leakages in the funnel. I collaborating with stakeholders,and led the design process, resulting in a streamlined and intuitive system that optimized efficiency for the support team and enhanced satisfaction for customers ticket raising experince.The revamped system yielded tangible improvements in response times and customer satisfaction metrics, also reflecting in product funnel.
