Designed a complete RTL-to-gates self-balancing Segway controller in SystemVerilog: PID pitch balance control, differential PWM motor drive, A2D interface, SPI inertial sensor interface, UART command receiver, and a steering enable FSM. Synthesized to a gate-level netlist at a 333 MHz target clock using Synopsys Design Compiler on the SAED32 32nm library; verified with 10+ ModelSim testbenches covering balance response, steering, and overcurrent safety cutoff.

Digital System Design - Segway

Delivered a multiplayer game in a Scrum team of six with a Java Spring Boot backend following the controller–service–repository pattern, a React frontend, a six-endpoint REST API, SQL integration, 128 unit tests, and CI/CD throughout. Deployed to AWS EKS with self-managed nodes: frontend and backend Deployments behind Kubernetes Services, with ConfigMaps and Secrets externalizing database configuration. Used Helm to install External Secrets Operator, syncing credentials from AWS Secrets Manager via an IAM role for KMS-encrypted storage, and configured AWS certificates for HTTPS on a custom domain.
