Hirerizz helps professionals in India find jobs that actually fit them. You upload your resume once. Hirerizz reads it, looks at the jobs available, and tells you which ones match you and why, so you can spend your time on the right applications instead of guessing. The problemLooking for a job in India usually means scrolling through hundreds of listings. Many of them look similar. Some ask for skills you do not have. Others are well below your experience. You open a listing, read half of it, and only then find out it was never a good match. Multiply that by fifty and a whole week is gone. Job boards are built to show as many listings as possible. A good search needs the opposite: fewer jobs, picked with more care. Hirerizz is built to cut that waste. What Hirerizz doesYou start by uploading your resume. Hirerizz reads it and builds a picture of your skills, your experience and the kind of work you have done. It then compares that picture with the jobs in its feed and gives every job a match score. The score comes with a short, plain reason, so you can see what lines up and what does not. A job that fits you rises to the top. A job that does not fit stays out of your way. Think of it as a first filter that does the sorting for you, so your attention goes to the jobs that deserve it.You do not have to trust a number blindly. Each reason tells you what the match is based on, and you decide whether to apply. What you getA job feed matched to your own resume. The feed is not a generic list that looks the same for everyone. It is arranged around you.A match score and a reason for each job. You see how well a job fits before you open it, and you see why.Resume tailoring. When you find a job worth applying to, Hirerizz helps you adjust your resume so it speaks to that specific role.Cover letters. Hirerizz helps you write a cover letter for the job you picked, using what is already in your resume.A coach. If you want help getting ready for a role, the coach is there to help you prepare.Saved and applied tabs. Save the jobs you want to come back to, and mark the ones you have applied to. Your search stays in one place instead of being spread across tabs, notes and spreadsheets.Who it is forHirerizz is made for marketing, tech and finance professionals in India. It is built in India for job seekers. If you work in digital marketing, brand, performance, product, engineering, data, analytics, accounting, audit or finance, and you are tired of searching through noise, Hirerizz is built for you. It suits people who are changing jobs, people who want a better role in the same field, and people who are exploring what is out there before they decide. It is also useful if you are short on time. Most people look for jobs in the gaps of a busy week, such as evenings, weekends and lunch breaks. A feed that already puts the better matches first respects that. You do not need to be good with software to use it. If you can upload a resume, you can use Hirerizz. How it works, step by stepStep one: sign in and upload your resume.Step two: Hirerizz reads it and prepares your feed.Step three: open the feed and look at the match scores and reasons.Step four: save the jobs that interest you.Step five: tailor your resume and write a cover letter for the ones you want to pursue.Step six: apply, and mark the job as applied so you can track it.That is the whole flow. Every step is yours to take or skip. Why I built itI am Jatin, the founder of Hirerizz. I work in marketing. Over the years I have watched how people react to what they see online, what they click, what they ignore and what makes them trust something. When I looked at how people search for jobs, I saw a clear gap. The tools show you a lot of jobs but say very little about whether a job is right for you. I wanted a tool that answers that question first.Hirerizz has just launched, so it is early, and your feedback shapes what comes next. If something is confusing, missing or wrong, I want to hear about it.What Hirerizz is notHirerizz is not a guarantee of a job. No tool can promise that. It also does not replace your own judgement. What it does is give you a clearer view of where you stand, so you can decide faster and apply with more focus.Your resumeYour resume is personal. You choose what to upload, and you use it to get your own matches.Try itGo to hirerizz.com, create an account, and upload your resume. Look at your first set of matches and see whether the scores and reasons make sense to you. If they do, use the tools to tailor your resume and prepare your applications. If they do not, tell me what was off. Honest feedback is the most useful thing you can give a product at this stage. If you know someone who is job hunting in marketing, tech or finance, you are welcome to share hirerizz.com with them. Thank you for taking the time to look at Hirerizz. I hope it saves you some of the hours that job hunting usually takes.
