The interaction between computers and humans has been done via keyboard and some sort of mouse for the majority of the time since the beginning. It was due to the fact computers were not so advanced to convert our voice into text let alone do commands based upon audio but this has rapidly changed with the advancements in AI and computer processing power. Personal Assistants are a trend in society on mobile phones with Google Assistant and Siri being the market leaders in mobile phones but there is a lack of them on computers and specifically the windows operating system. A personal assistant is the modern method of input, it’s software that makes doing tasks easy and more accessible for older and differently-abled people. It can do actions based upon the inputs via voice commands or text commands as per the wish and ease of the user. Taking actions based on voice commands needs some key/important components to make it work that includes voice processing which is done via NLP using a utility called NTLK. Input would be taken via voice/text then various ML algorithms would be applied to take actions, it would include tokenization where the voice commands would be broken into individual words, and based upon these words action would be taken. Well-defined scripts would allow the computer to know exactly what action to do, so it can easily respond to the voice command to the user. The personal assistant can highly improve accessibility and ease of use as computers have way more to discover and are more power user friendly. Opening applications to find files can be quite challenging for first-time users or differently-abled people. With the help of a simple voice/text command, they can easily request to open an application which would make it really simple.

In an era of increasing digitization and the growing need for accessible healthcare information, the development of a Primary Health Care Chatbot emerges as a timely and innovative solution. This chatbot is designed to bridge the gap between individuals and essential health-related knowledge, serving as a virtual assistant for health-related inquiries and guidance. The purpose of this project is to create a user-friendly and reliable chatbot that offers users access to a wealth of health information, symptom assessment, first aid guidance, and emergency response assistance. This chatbot aims to empower users by providing them with essential health insights, enabling them to make informed decisions about their well-being. It also strives to enhance the overall healthcare experience by offering immediate assistance and support. The scope of this endeavor encompasses the development of a chatbot capable of user registration and authentication, efficient handling of user queries, access to a comprehensive health information database, symptom assessment, provision of first aid guidance, dissemination of health tips, and guidance on emergency response. While the chatbot is intended to provide valuable health information, it is important to note that it is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. This Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document outlines the functional and non- functional requirements, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and future enhancements associated with the Primary Health Care Chatbot project. It serves as a foundational guide for the development team, ensuring that the chatbot meets its objectives effectively and adheres to applicable healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
