This project is a part of the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-green-text rich-link break-all link-break" href="https://www.10kdesigners.com/">10kdesigners</a> capstone project assigned by <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-green-text rich-link break-all link-break" href="http://peerlist.io/">Peerlist</a>, with the aim of building a referral reward feature for Peerlist members who can refer a friend for a job post on the platform.In this case study, I have explained in detail my process and implementation of designing the "Hire my Peer" feature for Peerlist under the guidance of Akash Bhadange (CEO and Founder of Peerlist).The case study is divided into four sections:<ol><li>Setting up the context.</li><li>Defining the problem, persona categorization, and research.</li><li>Strategizing, finding solutions, and implementation.</li><li>Short tl;dr videos sprinkled throughout.</li></ol>This case study received more than 7k impressions across platforms and is also published in Bootcamp on Medium.

<ul><li>As the sole developer, I made this project to polish my skills in React Native development. The app fetches data from an API and presents it in a user-friendly interface, offering users detailed insights into SpaceEx launchpads. </li><li>Throughout the development process, I took ownership of every aspect, from conceptualization to execution. This included app design, implementation, and deployment. To enhance user engagement, I incorporated captivating interactions and animations, elevating the app's visual appeal and overall user experience.</li></ul>

<ul><li>As part of our final year project, we developed a virtual immersive experience showcasing Goda Park, a prominent tourist attraction in Nashik City. Collaborating with the Nashik Municipal Smart City Development Corporation Ltd., we aimed to provide visitors with an engaging digital exploration of the park. </li><li>Our project received awards, including the First Prize in the DIPEX-2023 State Level Competition and recognition in a college departmental competition. These achievements underscored our success in delivering an innovative and impactful solution.-</li><li>The virtual experience was built using the Unity Development Platform, using the power of OpenXR for compatibility across multiple headsets. Game logic was implemented in the C# programming language, ensuring easy and simple interactivity. </li><li>The project was successfully deployed on HTC Vive and Oculus Quest 2 platforms, extending accessibility to a diverse audience of users.</li></ul>

Goda Park - VR project

<ul><li>BookEx is a web platform designed for renting or selling of physical books. Users can create accounts, list their books, and engage in conversations with potential buyers or sellers.</li><li>As part of a full-stack team project, I had the role of developing the frontend using ReactJs and tailwind CSS, while also contributing to UI design. Our journey started from conceptualizing ER-diagrams, crafting UI designs, to implementing core backend systems and ultimately deploying the project on a live website.</li><li>BookEx has an array of features including native and OAuth-based authentication, filtering and search functionalities, seamless pagination, image upload capabilities with client-side editing, automated backend tests with code coverage reports, and the establishment of CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, the platform offers profile management functionalities for enhanced user experience.</li><li>This project was a collaborative effort with close friends during our college years, making it both a fun and enriching learning experience.</li></ul>
