Kabadi Junction – Scrap Collection & Management PlatformKabadi Junction is a full-stack web platform designed to simplify scrap collection by connecting customers with scrap collection services through a streamlined digital process. The platform enables customers to manage scrap pickup requests while providing field staff and administrators with tools to manage collections and business operations.I designed, developed, and deployed the platform using the MERN stack, implementing three-role Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), JWT authentication, customer and operational workflows, scrap price-locking rules, administrative overrides, and payout management. I also integrated REST APIs, MongoDB, Cloudinary for image storage, and Resend for transactional email notifications. The application is deployed using Vercel and Render with automated deployment workflows.
