Developed an AI-powered Smart Calling Agent that automates outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and meeting scheduling using advanced Voice AI, automation, and telephony integration. This system acts as a virtual sales representative — calling leads, holding natural voice conversations, handling outcomes, and automatically scheduling meetings — all without human intervention.

Key Features & Responsibilities:

AI Voice Automation: Integrated Vapi (Voice AI) to enable real-time, natural voice conversations using speech-to-text and text-to-speech models.

Telephony Integration: Used Twilio to handle outbound calls, connect AI to real phone lines, and manage call events (busy, answered, no answer).

Workflow Automation: Implemented n8n to orchestrate the call flow — fetching leads, looping through calls, and triggering actions like meeting creation.

Meeting Scheduling: Built a custom calendar system that auto-schedules meetings based on AI conversation outcomes.

Frontend Dashboard: Designed a React-based real-time dashboard to monitor calls, view transcripts, and manage meeting schedules.

Backend Development: Developed the backend using Node.js, integrating with APIs for leads, call logs, and meeting data storage.

Smart AI Calling Agent

Developed a full-featured blogging website using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). This project showcases my ability to design, implement, and manage a dynamic web application from scratch.

Key Features:

User Authentication: Implemented secure user registration and login using JWT (JSON Web Tokens).
CRUD Operations: Enabled users to create, read, update, and delete blog posts.
Responsive Design: Designed a user-friendly, responsive UI with React, ensuring optimal viewing on various devices.
RESTful API: Built a robust backend with Express.js and Node.js, managing data storage and retrieval with MongoDB.
State Management: Utilized Redux for efficient state management across the application.
Comment System: Integrated a commenting feature to allow users to interact and engage with blog posts.
Deployment: Deployed the application on Render, ensuring high availability and performance.

Developed a fully functional job portal web application using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, following the MVC architecture for clean and maintainable code. 
•Implemented authentication with JWT-based token management and secure password hashing for user credentials,reducing potential vulnerabilities. 
•Designed and deployed comprehensive User and Job APIs, including job posting, search, application, and user management features.
•Integrated real-time job filtering and statistics, allowing users to sort and filter jobs based on criteria such as salary, location, and job type.
