Minutly is an AI notetaker for meetings that happen in a room, not on a screen. Most meeting assistants only work when they can join a Zoom or Google Meet call. Minutly is built for the rest: client visits, team huddles, interviews, lectures, doctor appointments, any conversation where you are physically present. Put your phone on the table, tap record, and Minutly does the rest. What you get after every meeting

A summary you can read in a minute

A full transcript with tap-to-seek timestamps

Action items pulled out of the conversation

A follow-up email draft, ready to send

An AI chat on each meeting, so you can ask “what did we decide on pricing?” instead of scrolling

It works in any language, including conversations that switch between two or more languages mid-sentence. Online calls work too if you put them on speaker. It does not record phone calls. How it is builtNative Android app (Capacitor) with a foreground service, so recording continues with the screen locked. Audio is uploaded in segments during the meeting, so a dropped connection or a crash does not lose the recording. Speech-to-text runs on Sarvam AI with AssemblyAI as fallback; summaries, action items and chat run on OpenAI. Backend is Next.js with MongoDB and object storage.Free to start with 180 minutes. Android is live on Google Play; iOS is in App Store review.Built solo by Vishant Khare.Download on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.getminutly.twa
