Tensight – SaaS Analytics Dashboard Redesign

PayPal is a global digital payments platform used for sending, receiving, and managing money across personal and professional use cases. For many users, it plays a critical role in time-sensitive and high-trust scenarios—where clarity and predictability matter as much as speed. This project is a self-initiated redesign of PayPal’s mobile app, focused on improving information hierarchy, transaction transparency, and user confidence across core money flows. Rather than introducing new features, the redesign rethinks how existing functionality is presented—especially during moments where users feel uncertain or anxious while moving money. The goal was to create a more predictable, readable, and reassuring experience by making balances, payment sources, and transaction states clearly visible at every step.

Tonemail is an AI-powered email drafting application designed to help users write emails quickly and confidently using predefined tones such as professional, friendly, formal, or casual. The idea for Tonemail came from a simple observation: while many people rely on tools like ChatGPT or other AI assistants to draft emails, the experience often feels fragmented, generic, or disconnected from real writing workflows. Users frequently switch between tools, adjust prompts manually, and rewrite outputs to match the intended tone. Tonemail explores how AI can be packaged into a focused, usable product, where tone selection, clarity, and control are prioritized over prompt complexity. Instead of exposing AI mechanics, the interface is designed around user intent: choosing a tone, generating content, and refining it quickly.
