<h3>Pacer &amp; Pacer Coach: Seamless Nutrition and Fitness Tracking</h3>Pacer is designed as a calm and intuitive protein and calorie tracker for individuals managing their nutrition and progress. It simplifies the process of logging meals and monitoring key metrics like protein intake, calorie balance, and eating windows. The app integrates seamlessly with Apple Watch to automatically track activity, feeding into the calorie balance calculation. Pacer presents daily progress with clear, easy-to-understand visuals, such as a calorie balance gauge and color-coded rings for macronutrient adherence. Weight trends are displayed over time, offering a realistic view of progress without the pressure of daily fluctuations.Pacer Coach is the dedicated companion app for trainers and coaches. It allows them to set personalized daily protein and calorie targets for each client, which are then directly reflected in the client's Pacer app. Coaches can monitor their entire roster of clients from a single view, with clients automatically sorted by their adherence status (On track, Steady, Needs attention, At risk). This enables coaches to provide timely and targeted guidance, preventing clients from drifting off track.
